Access to Support Services
The ticket and reporting system is provided as the primary means through which users may contact staff regarding support requests, reports, moderation matters, appeals, technical issues, account-related concerns, and other matters requiring staff assistance.
Access to these services is provided subject to responsible and appropriate use.
Misuse of the reporting or ticket system, including but not limited to spam, repeated or unnecessary submissions, knowingly submitting duplicate reports, abusive or disruptive behaviour, harassment of staff, deliberately false or misleading reports, misuse of moderation appeals, or attempts to circumvent restrictions may result in warnings or the temporary or permanent suspension of access to the reporting system.
Where a user has been blocked, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from using the ticket or reporting system, this restriction may apply to the dashboard, Discord bot, support forms,
/report, moderation appeals, ticket replies, and any other associated support functionality.
Users should be aware that being blocked or banned from the reporting system may prevent staff from providing assistance with matters that would ordinarily be required to be submitted through a ticket, report, appeal, or supported bot feature.
Where no alternative support method is provided, staff may be unable to investigate, respond to, or provide assistance regarding an issue while the user's access to the reporting system remains restricted.
A restriction on access to the reporting system does not create an obligation for staff to accept reports through alternative channels, including direct messages, unrelated Discord channels, third-party accounts, or reports submitted on behalf of a restricted user.
Attempts to circumvent a reporting restriction by creating additional accounts, using another person's account, repeatedly contacting staff through unrelated channels, or otherwise attempting to bypass an active restriction may result in further action being taken.
Warnings, temporary restrictions, and permanent restrictions may be issued where staff reasonably determine that the reporting system has been abused or used contrary to its intended purpose.
Where appropriate, staff may review an existing restriction, reset warnings, or restore access to the reporting system. Restoration of access is not guaranteed and may depend upon the circumstances that resulted in the restriction being applied.
Users are therefore expected to use all reporting and support functionality responsibly and only for genuine support, reporting, or appeal purposes.
These safeguards are intended to protect the availability of the support system, reduce abuse, and ensure that staff are able to provide assistance effectively to users who require legitimate support.
